A true Desert Mountain alum, Coach Weiss grew up in Scottsdale and now teaches Algebra I and Geometry right here at DM.

This season marks her third year with the girls basketball program, and she holds a flawless record as acting head coach (1-0 in summer league when Coach A couldn’t make it).
Dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to his players’ growth, Coach Weiss sets the tone for teamwork and consistency both in the classroom and on the court.
When she’s not coaching, she’s at home with his two dogs, loyal fans who never miss cheering on the Wolves.

Now a dedicated member of the Desert Mountain faculty, Coach Kyle teaches mathematics and also coaches the school’s badminton team. His leadership philosophy blends structure, accountability, and encouragement, creating a program where players grow both on and off the court.

As head coach of the Desert Mountain Girls Basketball team, he continues to build a culture rooted in hard work, teamwork, and confidence, guiding the Wolves toward another exciting season.
