Financial Assistance
Every girl should have the opportunity to participate, regardless of a family’s financial situation. The DMHS Girls Basketball Booster Club created the Angel Fund to help families experiencing financial hardship with Booster-supported expenses. Assistance may be available for things such as Booster Club dues, June Ball participation fees, tournament or event fees, team activities, and other approved Booster opportunities.
Our goal is simple: we never want financial hardship to be the reason a girl misses an opportunity with her teammates.
All requests are handled privately and confidentially. Applications are reviewed based on financial need, available Angel Fund resources, and consistent Booster Club guidelines. Receiving assistance will never affect a player’s school-team participation, playing time, roster status, coaching decisions, or how she is treated within the program.
